 Cancellation

• You can cancel any time before your next renewal.

• Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the existing term expires.

• No cancellation fee applies 

 Refunds

• All purchases are non‑refundable. No credits/refunds for partially used subscription periods.

• Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical errors or unauthorized charges.

Service Interruptions

• No refund will be issued for planned maintenance or downtime of under 7 days.

• Prolonged interruptions (7+ days) may be eligible for credit or partial refund, evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis
